After receiving and comparing applications from different candidates and comparing their portfolios, previous experiences the employer hires one programmer or as many as required. After the project is completed, the client will leave a feedback which is a reflection of the quality of your job. if everything was done correctly and in time, you will receive a good feedbacks which will help you to build a reputation and receive new projects.
Some companies hire for contract roles. What does that mean? You can work for the company on-site and be paid regularly, but your contract will last only a short time. It's an opportunity to make money online, also offline, in case you were hired to work in an office.
